Born and Raised in Los Angeles, California as a young kid Steve could only imagine that painting graphics on race helmets in his mom’s garage would evolve into the most intricate Low Riders, Trucks and Race Cars that you see on the Magazine News Stands today. Steve is the perfect example of a young kid who took his gift with the sky as the limit.
